cottile Memory Foam Travel Neck Pillow with Unique Designed Self Attached Carry Bag, Adjustable Toggles and Velour Cover, Blue

I bought 2 of these neck pillows. Pictured are the 2. I’d opened the one that is still somewhat folded at least 3 hours before opening the other. We are now onto the 2nd day and the 2nd has opened just fine, while the 1st is still folded. I am disappointed.

It's kind of hard. It wasn't comfortable at all. I didn't end up using it too much for that reason. Also, it was a little high around my face (I'm 5'4). Maybe this was made for someone taller and those that like EXTRA firm pillows. But I like the fact that you can fold it into its cover. Keeps it nice and clean.

I got one before and is why I bought 2 more but one of the one in my last order was in very bad shape...It doesn't fill the cover and doesn't have the shape of the previous 2....It is defective but I think is going to cost me more to send it back...

It's ok. Not enough support for the neck. not high enough around the collar area.

Arrived on time and was well packaged- a tad smushed but I let it air out for a few hours and it poofed back up nicely. Extremely comfortable! The only negative is that the hole for the knot is too tight which makes it a little difficult to close, Therefore, I keep it closed and just slide my head in. I used it for a 16-hour flight without any issues.

doesn't stay fastened. Not as good as I hoped, but is still usable.

For just 12 dollars, this thing is freaking comfortable!! Also the bag pouch is attached to the back of the pillow so that it allow the user to turn it into a little ball!! And plus the bag doesn't need to be carry separately!!! AWESOME

Not very happy... this is supposed to be memory foam. It's VERY lopsided and uneven. I really need the one in the photo. I am having neck surgery Feb 26th, 20018. It came warded up in a little ball and this is after it's been out for 2 or 3 days.
