I GENIETTI Compass Cutter, Silver

Arrived as expected, but have not used just yet. Seems to be a quality product.

My family includes cake and cookie decorators, and when the product description stated that this pastry cutter was made and imported from Italy and not China, that sealed the deal. When it arrived the package stated that it was in fact made in China, so all three went back. Fortunately Amazon does make it easy to return purchases.

My love of fondant has been growing and growing so I love trying out new 'gadgets'! One of my favorite cakes to make is a polka dot cakes and I like having the various sized dots but don't like having to buy multiple round cookie cutters or having to store multiple cookie cutters. This compass cutter has saved me from that! It did take me a couple tries to be able to make smooth edge cuts but once I did they were awesome! I am absolutely infatuated with this tool!
