Modern night light that looks good in any room
And when I say it looks good in any room, I really mean it. How do I know? I actually have one in every room! If you're looking for a light that isn't going to blind you while you're stumbling around trying to find the toilet, this one is for you. The best part is that you can plug it in to where it's turned upwards to put out more light or plug it in where it's turned downwards to put out not so much light. My house has standard size rooms and I have them turned upwards since they're spare rooms and no one sleeps in them and it lights up the whole room, but not too bright. I'd say it puts out enough light for you to be able to tell if you're about to run into anything or not. In the hallway I have them turn downwards because I don't have any furniture in it. I just want enough light to be able to have a little sense of direction. I love how it's not bulky and it only takes up one plug. Unlike most night lights where you can't plug anything else into the outlet other than the light itself. There's not a switch on it. It comes on when it gets dark enough and goes off when there's enough daylight. There's no bulb to replace, it's LED and it uses over 93% less electricity compared to a 7W bulb!Like you, I rely heavily on product reviews to help me decide which item is best for me -- especially when I can't actually see, touch or hold the product. I do ask that if you found this review helpful in making your decision, that you please click on the "yes" button below.

top shelf night lights
these are perfect for black/dk brown outlets with stainless steel outlet covers 👍🏼though they are more chromey, on the scale from brushed to chrome, but they still blend in very nice with a gloss black tile backsplash and several glass beakers on the countertop ... we could not be more pleased.white nightlights predominate the market and only work well on white outlets with white outlet covers. perhaps, someone will soon realize that many folks are using black outlets and switches with black or stainless covers ... hmmm ?well, we are pleased and pic attached, which well represents the product in night light conditions.Thank you,Chris & dëke

In adequate brightness
I am not a fan of these lights. The light being an LED and positioned downward doesnt "spread" much so it appears darker than the normal non LED ones. However it's annoying "bringht" in the eyes when in front of the eyes. It's a wierd thing, I am guessing it's because of the LED nature which are too bright for night lights but the downward position and limited glass/ opening causes it to be too directional. A good night light should very lightly brighten a small area with indirect reflection. This is more directional but at the same time hurts the eyes if directly infront in a dark room. The light sensor, as some others have stated, is not too sensitive. Even during daytime heck even with the flouresent tubes on in the kitchen they never turn off for some reason. Only time they turn off is when I turn on the flashlight on my phone directly on it. They have been running non stop in my house for a few months now so for the price they are just OK I guess.

Versatile Accent Night Lights
I had gotten several of these lights and wanted more but couldn't find them anymore at the local store. I was very pleased to see them for sale on Amazon. They are economical to operate and have the option of being pointed up or down in a regular vertical outlet, depending on your lighting needs and location. I have them in various plug-ins around the kitchen counter and even use the newest one to light the dog dish so the dog can see to get a drink at night. They are small and versatile. The silver finish looks more expensive and blends well in today's decor. The LED lights tend to last a long time. They are a value for the price.

This is a good nightlight, using less than 1 watt of electricity
This is a good nightlight, using less than 1 watt of electricity. It provides a small amount of warm, pleasing light. I use it in a basement room that has three very small windows. I find it doesn't turn off, except when the sun is directly shining in. For what I use it for, that's no problem at all. If you used it in a part of a house that doesn't get a lot of direct light, it might never turn off, so take that into account if that's a consideration for you. I think most people would be well satisfied with this, though.

Works great
I love these. just enough light but not too bright. one is on full display in my living room due to where the outlet is located. They look expensive/classy, metal-like (altho they are plastic).

Nice light, ideal size
This light is super bright for no larger than it is; I've put it in the outlet upside down to dim the light. The sensor to turn it on and off isn't too sensitive so the light is on more than it should be. It is plugged into an outlet that is in a group of 4. This can be plugged in and you will still have room to plug in 3 other items, using all of the outlets.
