I wanted to like this product! I ordered 2 to use in my shed. The description says to mount the solar panel on a roof, and run the wire inside. Which is what I tried with the first one, but the first time it rained the panel was ruined. I figured that would happen, given that there is no protection for the wires inside. It's simply a solar panel stuck to some foam with adhesive on both sides.The second one I mounted inside a window that gets lots of sun exposure, thinking that this would be the solution and I could make this product work! Well, as you can see by the pictures, that didn't go so well. I plan to use some epoxy and go around the edges between the foam and the panel.The good part is, the lightbulbs are fantastic! I love the hooks and the battery life is more than what's stated in the description.

the lighting under my awning sucks at night and needed something to make it better without running extra wires. This is working perfectly and the cord is more than enough to get it working anywhere. very happy, especially for late night grilling and bringing the bulb with me.

We're enjoying this light as part of our outdoor kitchen setup. The solar panel is just the right size to sit at the top of the shelf and the hook on the bulb works great to hang it from what would typically be used for a lantern. But, thanks to solar power, we don't need to use our kerosene lantern in the kitchen setup anymore. It charges during the day and is used at dusk/night. One more way to harness the power of the sun!

Not very bright. Have tried several brands of this type light and the others are a lot brighter.

Perfect light for any location. Works with the solar card enclosed or charge with a USB/AC block you would use to charge your iPhone..Light lasts a long time...good buy. I bought two and am thinking of more..

Love these lights. The length of the wire makes it easy to use them in lots of situations. The battery makes them usable anytime.

it works but the light is very dim.
