I pour this into a small cup of OJ and take it on an empty stomach first thing. Kept me from catching a cold, during travel, even with sick kids around. This is fantastic!!!

Liquid was better
I don't like the powder. I give this to one of my dogs, & it doesn't blend well with the food. I really liked the liquid better. Oh, & it tastes awful.

Horrible taste
Horrible nasty taste and made both my wife and I dizzy after drinking it only a partial amount. Used more water than they recommended and it was still WAY too sweet and such a horrible taste!! I would give negative stars if I could.
