I love this hydration powder! The watermelon taste great - not too strong of a flavor or too sweet. I love that Ultima has Vitamin C and no synthetic sweetener or dyes. Any powder clumps dissolve on their own in a minute or two. It's also a great bang for your buck if you want daily or even sometimes twice daily electrolytes. I've tried several flavors and enjoyed them all.

Great electrolyte powder for the price you pay. It's sugar free and doesn't have other artificial sweeteners like aspartame or sucralose. The flavor is pretty, $20 is more reasonable for 30 servings unlike a lot of other brands that are $30-$35 for 30 servings. It dissolves easily when you use room temperature water and if you like your water cold like I do, you can simply transfer it into a Stanley cup or put the bottle of water in the freezer for a little bit. I knew the ingredients before purchasing but I wish it had more sodium. 50mg is on the lower end but the average American has a high sodium diet as it is.

You don't need much either, the strength of one scoop does plenty- I usually split the serving up between morning and evening. Love this product, recommended to me for electrolyte replacement due to blood pressure meds. I do use a battery operated mini whisk to blend it and feel it helps distribute the flavor which tastes like orange Gatorade zero but without the high price tag and wasteful plastic bottles. You can tell a difference after exercise or yard work it gives you a refreshing feeling vs just quenches thirst.
