Reliable Filter
I have two Ionix 20-inch Jumbo Filters which keep the water in my house clean. Their performance is excellent and all the mud, sediments and impurities in municipal supply is separated efficiently by the 5-micron spun filter. The sturdy blue casing is heavy but very easy to clean. Initially there was an issue of minor leakage, but it was easily solved by adding an extra O-ring which can be purchased directly from the company. The Ionix Customer Helpline is very helpful and quickly solves all queries. They even have a direct whatsapp number which is monitored 24x7. The refill service for new filter cartridges is very fast and well-packaged. I am satisfied with the professional behaviour of the company staff and management.

I did not get the pressure gauge
I did not receive the pressure gauge in the package. I checked inside the main body also. It’s not there. Without pressure gauge, the unit can’t be fitted. Seven Blank is not given. Please send the pressure gauge lime immediately. Please help

Poor product description
Inlet outlet size non-standard. It's not 1.5 inch mentioned in the description. Still unable to get reducer from the market.No hole for attaching the pressure gauge as depicted in product description.Overall my experience is. It may be good but not worth buying at 4400 especially you will end up waisting lot of tome and money to get it fixed. Either sell should provide clear product description and also Inlet outlet reducer also with products

Pipe break down in the jointer
There is a ro pipe defective in a jointer that is not working as expected. Other jointer is working.
