Delicious gluten free soft cookies
These are very good gluten free cookies. Taste good not too strong of a lemon flavor. Just right. Nice and soft. Easy to eat. My 95 year old mom has Celiac disease so she needs to eat gluten free products and she loves these cookies.

Gluten-free cookies
I love these cookies, especially the Lemon Burst flavor. I used to be able to buy a Lemon White Cake Mix that was Gluten-free, but the company went out of business. I will continue to look for someone else offering a cake mix that is lemon flavor.
