Q: is this good if all my waieght goes on the ball of my foot when i walk.. i go thru shoes like crazy bc of that. will this help me?

It will feel a little better because it's cushioning, but the problem there is that your heels are either too high and/or they don't provide enough arch support. A lot of shoes put the heel too far back on the shoe. You want it to be centered under where the heel of your foot goes.

Yes it does. Sticks firmly in place.
