Having had neck surgery (fusion C7-T1) 5 years ago, it's been an ongoing struggle to find just the right pillow. The Donama pillow worked great for me, right out of the package! I slept comfortably the very first night. I would rate the firmness as medium. The memory foam gently cradles and supports your neck whether you sleep on your side or back. This pillow has been the answer to my problems. That being said, I am a 5'7" woman with a medium build and weigh 135#. The thickness of the foam was perfect for me, but I'm not sure if someone with a bigger/ broader build would have the same results. Give it a try! I'm glad I did.

This is the last pillow you'll ever buy.Disclaimer: I am not paid for this, in fact, im taking time out of my day just to write this so you hit buy.I have had a previous version of this for about 2 years now. What started as a desire for less neck pain quickly turned into a pillow that I will quite literally take with me on trips - leaving other things behind - because its so ridiculously important for my sleep.This version is also great. A bit firmer than the one I had before, but still excellent.I will never ever buy another pillow from anyone else - and neither will you. Donama simply sells quality sleep - and that is something we ALL need more of.

I bought this pillow to help with my cervical pain and it was such a great decision. The design fits perfectly to the shape of the neck, providing excellent support and improving my sleeping posture. From the very first night, I felt less tension and I wake up without pain. The material is firm yet comfortable, and the cover is soft and easy to wash. It has really improved my sleep quality. I highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from neck pain or just wants extra comfort while sleeping.

I just got this 2 days ago and was really excited as i always wake up every morning with neck, shoulder and back pain. So i tried this. So far i think it helps its been 2 nights so i cannot say yet that it has fully helped me.. but i think it works. Texture of satin is sooo smooth which i love the most.. the only thing i gave it 4 stars coz the sides are small for the arm rest..i got a queen size which i think is a good size for me however as shown in tsome of the pictures of the product the sides are equal shapes and other pcitures shows as what i have in my photo.. when sleeping on your sides i find it not quite comfortable to rest my arms as the sides are so slim i could barley fit my arm… but overall its a an almost perfect pillow.. so just 4 stars🌟

I have purchased a lot of pillows. Trying to find THE ONE that would keep me comfortable all night. This is IT!! It cradles my head, it doesn't get too hot, and I don't flop around like a beached fish all night. The standard size is small, but it's no matter. I will probably get a queen size at some point, but this one is just right for now. I do a lot of side-sleeping, and it supports my head and neck just right. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best pillow I have ever used. I suffered with morning headaches for as long as I can rememeber. In a month of use, I have only had two. I use a silk/type pillowcase which adds to the great feel. The pillow has a great sweet spot that you get used to easily. I put it in my suitcase slightly compressed for a long trip away from home and wil never sleep away without it. Not cheap but great things never are!

The first night, I REALLY struggled to fall asleep, I actually went and grabbed my old pillow so I could sleep. The second night, I was able to fall asleep and stayed asleep for a few hours. Even the second night, I ended grabbing my old pillow. The third night was progressively better, used the pillow for the entire night, but had poor sleep stages. The fourth night I ended up having probably the best night's sleep in years. So give it time.There was ZERO smell, and the foam of the pillow itself is the perfect level of firmness. Honestly, I think much of tossing and turning the first two nights, was probably due to a change in habit. New pillow === new habit. But, after the adjustment, it's a keeper!

Best decision I ever made! I had unbearable pain on upper and lower spine. Frozen shoulder on both sides. I used it one night - Instant relief! I woke up feeling SO much better the next morning after just one use! It feels weird at first since I’m not used to sleeping on my back but through out the night my pain kept dissipating. What a relief, it’s a miracle pillow!
