As others have said, the hole is too small to go on a 7mm mandrel. I simply took my barrel trimmer with the 7mm bit and reamed them out. They work fine now and will do the job. Shouldn't have to tweak them, but it's not the end of the world

They are supposed to fit a 7mm pen mandrel but the ID is far too small. I have had to drill out every one of the ones I used. Once drilled out they work fine and CA glue tends no to stick to them, but it is annoying that they don’t fit out of the bag, as the 7mm mandrel is the standard for pen turning.

I individually tried all 20 and NONE of them would fit on a standard 7mm pen mandrel. I only need 4 that were correct, and I got 0 out of 20,

I mistakenly believed it would fit a 7mm pen mandrel. It doesn’t.

These are not as described. It was impossible to get them onto my mandrel.

While they "state" they fit a 7mm mandrel - they DO NOT fit asa Penn State Industries ( industry standard) 7mm mandrel. Period. They DO fit a 6mm mandrel - of which there are several here on Amazon available.

Tried these on my 7mm mandrel and they had to be forced on and off. Can’t recommend them, I have tried others with no issue at all.
