Great product! I love how soft it makes my lips feel!

This brand is something new for me: I have seen it before and heard about it, but have never tried any of their products. After trying this lip balm, I am so impressed! The scent is refreshing and unique, the texture is soft, buttery and smooth, tastes slightly sweet, and it makes my lips feel very conditioned. I have issues with allergic reactions to almost every lip product on the market, including most organic, all-natural, vegan, and/or popular brands and types. I used to wear lip products with beeswax, but one day my lips began to itch and swelled to three times their normal size, and ever since then I have not been able to wear lip gloss or lipstick, only petroleum jelly. That was a big (and sad!!) change for me, as I used to wear colored lip products all the time. So I am SO happy to finally have found a nice smelling, softening, conditioning lip product other than petroleum jelly! I will certainly buy this again, and look into all the other products sold by this company! :)

Excellent item. This is the only product that maintains my lips moist. I may use it twice a day. Minimal application does the job!

So it's not exactly a balm of course but a paste. I have been using it for years. It works better and faster than any lip product I've ever used and I've used sooo many. I have been on the hunt for a staple "holy grail" type lip product so I can buy in bulk and after always coming back to this one, I can say this is the one. And the only reason I would not have this on hand is just forgetting to buy another and using whatever other lip balms I had around or just losing it. I wish it wasn't that glossy just because I don't prefer that look but it's not sticky/tacky at all. My favorite thing about this is it smells amazing and is actually sweet tasting so it's great for kisses hehehe

I've previously used this product for years and was happy with how it moisturized my lips. However the formula must have changed since I last order because my lips are extremely dry all the time when using this product. There is also a very unpleasant sweet taste to the new formula. Unfortunately I've missed the window to return the 2nd tube I ordered.

The good news is this works miracles! But forewarned: this tastes awful --very bitter--like petroleum jelly. It tastes so bitter that I only keep it on for 10 minutes, then I wipe it off, and it STILL works wonders. So it's a lip treatment rather than a stay-on lip balm.Although I've now also tried their "Hempz Buttercream Cake Bite Herbal Lip Balm" and it works wonders, too, without any bitter taste! Nice!

Hempz Lips is better than any other product that I've ever tried. My lips were extremely chapped but after only two days of using this product, they were as soft as can be. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
