CC Trendy Warm Chunky Knitted Soft Cable Knit Slouchy Beanie, One Size

I don't know if they're using pictures of these taken on small children (like 5 or 6 years old) and then cropping them out or what, but there is no way I would call this an oversized beanie. It's barely an ever so slightly larger than regular beanie. And that's even taking into account that I have a big round head and adjusting my expectations accordingly. I was expecting a big slouchy hippie-style beanie that I could tuck my hair up into. I received a pretty standard sized beaning that is maybe a little larger than normal as I don't have to stretch it out and yank it down to fit it on my previously mentioned large head. It is, however, incredibly well made using thick, soft yarn and looks like it will hold its shape and last for a good long time and allow me to get my money's worth from the hat. I have only worn it outside once so far and it did kept my head roasty-toasty. It just didn't prevent the horrible beanie-hair hat head that I was hoping it would. So for that it gets a 3 star rating instead of 2. I also don't think it's a children's hat, or at least it shouldn't be when I was shopping for adult clothing when it was suggested to me by Amazon, and there is no mention in the description that this is for children - it specifically mentions men and women.

Gift for my mom... she loved it. My mom is going through chemo right now and currently has lost all of her hair so she loves hats that droop in the back. The quality is so good it stays put right on her head... great buy.

Love these hats, they are nice and warm. They work wonderfully walking to and from work, but we'll see how they do out on the mountain. Seller provided great service, products arrived two days before the range of arrival dates.

1 size does not fit all size heads. Thought I'd be able to fit my long hair into the hat but couldn't. Teal looked great though.

It's a great beanie. It's just a little small for a big guy like me, but the more I wear it, the more comfortable it will get.

This hat is my all time favorite!

I love the color and the fit. However it's not a slouch type beanie like the picture.
