Nice harp, a little pricey
This is exactly what I needed to convert a vintage brass lamp with a giant lampshade and harp to a much sleeker, updated look with a new smaller shade. The new shade needed a smaller harp, which is hard to find in local stores, and this harp fits the bill. I found the cost rather high for such a simple item, but I suppose it's a case of supply and demand.

Lamp shade part too stiff to install. You need a large pair of channel locks to squeeze it.
Product is made very well. But its challenge to squeeze it to fit in the shade receptacle. Needed channel locks to squeeze it. Sent it back.

lamp Harps Runs Small
So I have measured the current tarps I have and they are 4 inches. So I’m thinking 4 1/2 would give me ample space for a bigger bulb! Apparently not these 4 1/2’s are more like 4 inches!

Hard to install
Was a little difficult to install. Had to squeeze really hard to get in position. Main problem was its too small for my project. Will save for future use.
