I absolutely loved using this mask. I sat back on my recliner for ten minutes while wearing it. It helped my eyes and helped me relax. I felt peaceful.

This is a flaxseed pouch inside a "silky" cover. The pouch can be removed and microwaved for heat or put in the freezer for cold. Heating it in the microwave per instructions left it uncomfortably hot. I think 30 seconds would have been plenty of time. When I wore it, it was a nice weight, and the heat was soothing (until it felt too hot).The mask fit better when I was laying down than when I was sitting up, which makes sense, as it's weighted. However, the inside of the mask, the bit that actually touches your skin and eyes, is not the same silky fabric as the rest of the mask. It feels rougher, rougher even than a typical t-shirt. I was expecting silky softness against my eyes, not... this. Maybe this is better protection against the temperatures directly against your skin, but I didn't care for it.

Works great helps with my dry eyes.

Looks great feels good on but doesn't have a lavender smell and doesn't cool for long after freezing for 2 hours

I am pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the flaxseed insert. I slept like a baby last night. I can't wait to use this warm and cold (especially for migraines).

It gave soothing heat to my eyes.

weighted perfectly, has odd scent ,heats great but as for cold/iced the little part you freeze is just too small, wish it were thicker ,i wound up buying a different one and gave this one to my mom and she likes it just for sleeping effect

As far as eye masks go, this is a decent one. The seed bag is removeable and allows for easy cleaning (hand wash only). When I opened the package, it has an odd, almost perfume scent. It took three washings of the seed bag to get rid of it. After that, it now seems to be fine.The mask itself is comfortable and has an easily adjustable Velcro strap. I have tried it warm, cold, or just as a light block, and it performs as expected.
