Yes, I keep my blue tooth speaker plugged in unless I move it to another room.

Q: When using bluetooth, can I leave power on and come back later in the day? Or should I power off after using bluetooth?

Turn off then back on to connect automatically. Unnecessary to turn off Bluetooth other than for battery consumption
