Attractive and Durable Medium Duty Sign
It's very attractive, charming, and sturdy, but not super heavy. It's very handy to have as extra signage for an event or a display. It has held up well to frequent use and people (toddlers) accidentally knocking into it. I've used it several times and it cleans up well every time. On days with strong wind gusts it can blow around so be sure to tie it or wedge it against something. I've used it at both outdoor and indoor events but I don't leave it outside all day every day.

It functions as a sign should, except it's...
VERY light weight, gets blown over with a light wind. Consequently, the frame looks pretty beat up & I've had to fix both the hinges on the top as well as the supports on the sides countless times. For inside use, it's a nice sign & looks pretty. If you were thinking of sitting it outside (for a business advertising), find something else.

Cheap and flimsy
The first time it rained the board (which turns out to be cheap chipboard) swelled. The first time the wind blew it over, the hinges on the top popped out. Cheap and flimsy. Disappointing.
