Being a big old blokey bloke I always just got my head down and got on with it.I have had a tough couple of years and I noticed something just not sitting right. My daughter who is 20 told me about this as it settles her anxiety..I add a couple of drops to a cup of tea and withing 10 minutes you get a sense of calm.. Could all be placebo but it works for me.. Flavour is not too heavy or unpleasant I have in earl grey tea so I dont really notice it that much.. In times of particular anxiety you can take it on the tongue every 15 minutes, until this feeling passes.
