With the amount of noise out there when it comes to vitamins, this product is a brilliant find that improved many symptoms in a matter of weeks, leading to more sustained energy management AND harmonious emotional wellbeing. With prior medical history some of my symptoms are there to be managed, and this product does it in one perfect go. I don't have to take a handful of vitamins, this just works. Pricey because it's quality. And it's worth it. Look no further.

I found these vitamins for women of a certain age going through a certain time in our lives from googling some american well woman site and reading their review on their own product. There didn't appear to be anything similar in the Uk but after weeks of researching I came across these and they seemed to have a similar content of nutrients and vitamins as did the American version so I bought them.They are fantastic if you are suffering any type of menopausal symptoms. I take them along with Vitamin B12 from the same supplier and can honestly say that I now feel like I did before hitting my 40's. 99% of my symptoms have disappeared, I no longer have the terrible 'anger' moments a week before I'm due on, my tiredness and fatigue is now at normal levels, I have far more energy and stay up later than the kids these days. I no longer have the niggles and other aches/pains, hot flushes, bloating etc that come with this period in our lives. I have been taking them for just over 3 months and I'm on my second bottle. They are pricey but I have wasted far more cash trying alternatives which contain all sort of nasties and fillers etc. These are the best so worth every penny. For all us ladies out there who are suffering and thinking we are going mad, well, try them - you won't be disappointed. Sorry, I sound like a corny ad but they are working for me.Good Luck.

I actually use these for my kids. Having researched the best varieties of minerals and vitamins, and the specific quantities that my children need, I found this particular Viridian product best for them. A big issue for me is the use of (synthetic) cyanocobalamin B12 in vitamins, especially for children. The only reason to use it is because it is much cheaper than the methylcobalamin B12 used in this particular product. The difference shows in the price when comparing Viridian children's vits to this product. Perhaps the company are under the impression that consumers don't want to pay for good quality vitamins and minerals for their kids.What would make this product perfect is if they stopped using synthetic Folic Acid, and replaced it with folate which our bodies can actually use without it becoming toxic. Improvements can also be made by swapping vitamin K1 for K2, as research has shown that this is a more bio-available form. Considering the cost of these vitamins, it is what one would expect.The other plus for me in using this product is that they don't use magnesium stearate or any kind of stearate, which is essentially a 'lubricator' for the pill making machine and has no place in our supplements.

Good quality vitamin recommended by my excellent local health shop. However, this product was considerably more expensive than my original purchase a couple of months ago. Not much flavour due to the capsule covering, which is fine. I have no problems swallowing tablets of this kind and they were no different from others of this size/construction.

I have been taking these for a few months and I honestly think that they are doing me good. They are easy to take and made by an ethical British company. Not cheap, but worth the money in my opinion.

Great quality natural vitamins. Not the easiest to swallow so keep a glass of water handy. Been having them for past one year.
