Perfect dosage, taste and efficacy.
Taste is very good for a hydration tablet, and not overpowering. The dosage in 500mL bottle is much more convenient than a lot of other products that need 750ml-1L when using on the go for running. I have been using for 6 months with no associated digestive issues that some hydration products seem to create. Really recommend it.

Perfect for Holiday Hydration!
These are the best hydration tablets - great for warmer sunny days or before/after exercise. Not too sweet and dissolve well, taste nice and seem to hydrate me without causing any nausea. Also love the travel sized bottle - I now use this in my travel bag and top it up with tablets from my larger sized tub.

Morning after the night before
I originally purchased these tablets in preparation for a trip to Angola and in anticipation of the usual traveller gurgles and transmitable lurgies that seem to accompany travel. They were a perfect travel size baking a compact and robust tube that fitted easily into luggage and could withstand the pummelling they received during the baggage reclaim process.In the end I escaped unscathed and they were not necessary but I found them to be a fantastic help over the Christmas period to avoid the predicted hangover. Two tablets in a large glass of water after a silly amount of wine and I woke up the next day feeling unreasonably well. We ended up buying a number of these to keep for future travels and alcohol induced misadventure. Great product.
