well worth the money, allows measurement of angles, various different length settings, and a whole multitude of other more advanced functions. extremely accurate!!better yet its waterproof, dustproof and impact/fall resistant.has served me well and a much better method than a tape for repetitive measuring tasks which i use it for.

Great measure, saves a ton of time and has been very accurate. Particularly great for taking measurements in hard to reach places. All the functions have been really well thought out and are simple to use once you know all of them. Very well made, as you'd expect of a leica product. Mine has been in very dusty and wet environments and so far so good.

Yes it gives measurement to 1mm but not necessarily to that accuracy. I measured it with a tape and found a few mm difference especially if the distance is short. The device does rely on the quality of reflection so it is no-brainer the 1mm has to come from perfect condition which is seldom the case for a normal site. Pretty versatile like able to measure the height of a building, well made and have the enviable 120m range. However unless one measures in darkness the laser becomes difficult to spot after 50m distance. Remember one has to find the target at the other end too.Overall a very impressive piece of distance measurement for someone wanting quick measurements to 1mm.

Like any other Leica product I have bought, it is well made and easy to use. It has enough functions without needing to be too big for comfortable regular use.

Seriously if I could rate this Leica laser zero stars, I would…I bought this laser in 2018 and because I was quite busy last couple of years, I left it a side without using it, so now is literally brand new and now it doesn’t work at all, I have a code error that appears in the screen 290 error. In conclusion I guess is my fault as well because I didn’t test it straight away and I could have change something. Anyway after I read a few reviews looks like they all have lots of problems, so I’m my opinion is best to stick with the old manual tape measure .

Excellent build quality, I like the fact it uses just 2x AAA batteries. Haven't yet tested the water proof factor but I'm sure it'll be alright judging from the battery compartment / lens seals. Oh and this is the newer 120m version! Bear in mind you will probably only get 120m max range with a target plate. I could just about get 100m at night (so I could actually see the laser). Easy to operate as well.

Stunning and absolutely accurate measurement. A real time saving to measure rooms faster than tape measure and with millimetre precision, it's an absolutely brilliant device I've ever owned.

Having a lot of function there is some practice needed to do reliable and exact measures, esp. outdoors, and correctly use all functions. It works really good and the quality is excellent and clearly made for professional and outdoor use.
