The shovel breaks down into different sections, making it compact and convenient to transport. Plus, the shovel teeth are incredibly efficient at cutting through small roots, allowing me to dig clean holes with ease.However, while the three-piece design offers nice size options, I did notice that over time, the pieces can loosen up slightly. Nonetheless, this minor inconvenience is far outweighed by the shovel’s overall performance and durability.Overall, I highly recommend this metal detecting shovel to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient tool for their outdoor adventures. Excellent tool for removing root balls
The shovel is lightweight and very strong. The blade easily cut through the roots and allowed me to remove the juniper root in 10 minutes. The root in the picture was 18” in diameter.Excellent purchase for the cost.
