Ordered this product because it was listed as a "sports" bottle. To me that indicates an increased level of durability over other insulated bottles. The bottles are great at keeping the beverage cold, my kids come home from school or sports practice and there is always ice still in the bottle. We bought this product because the kids like the straws and there are not a lot of bottles that are larger in size that also come with straws. The problem comes with the durability of the portion of the cap that closes over the straw. On two separate occasions, two separate bottles, fell from a height of about 24 inches, landed on their sides and the cover broke. It didn't break at the point of the hinge, which you might think is the weakest point, a section of the cover about 1 inch by 1 inch broke completely off. If the manufacturer could use a better plastic this would be a five star product.

Bought 2 bottles. The dark plastic bottom of one bottle popped out within 2 weeks. The inside of the other bottle rusted within 45 days off purchase. We have lots of stainless steel bottles, and this is the first time this has happened.

The cap broke after couple of uses , luckily it was under 30 days and sent back to amazon; cheap plastic used and not good quality QA done

I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas present, she used it twice with cold water and noticed a mark on bottom, she tried to wash it out but it didn't go away, she finally used a flashlight to look into it better and discovered it is rust. I have written to the company twice now with no response from them. I am not very happy with this company.
