Q: Description says "adjusting current and voltage..." then next sentence says it only monitors. Why the contradiction? What does "E-chip" actually do?

The LED display will only monitor and display the charging power in real time, and it will not have any impact on the charging power. These are two components with completely different functions. The display power of cable lies on loading power of your device, in princple, the loading power is the max wattage or peak wattge in charging.it will slow down the charging speed and protect the battery as long as the battery is getting 100%. ( For example: Your phone supports 100W max super fast charging, So 100W is the max wattage or peak wattge in charging, it will change from 0 to 100W, and then from 100W to 0, it will not keep charging in 100W. ) Hoping this can help you.
