It's a high-quality, natural product. I prefer to take this vitamin by squirting it into my cheek instead of taking tablets, as I don't like swallowing them. Arrived on time. No issues with the package. Easy to take. I prefer the spray as it has vitamin K which is good for absorbing vitamin D, is a bonus. I can't tell whether it is working however it isn't harming. The taste is ok & I guess the strength is ok.

As someone who takes a lot of supplements, this is the best vitamin D I have found so far.I notice that it is more difficult for me to start tasks when I haven’t take this. It improves my energy levels a bit, but not much.The spray is so easy to use, the taste is fine.I used to sometimes get headaches as a side effect when I first started taking it. If you get a headache, I recommend starting with one spray for the day and working up.I personally think it is worth the money, due to the lack of sunshine in the UK. But the spray only lasts 1 month if you use it as directed.The spray gets clogged and stuck if you don’t use the lid.

I love the product itself but the spray tops are absolutely awful and very often stop working completely. I've tried everything thinking it might somehow be blocked but it's a terrible design that needs improvement.I take this stuff every day and I'd say it's 80-90% of spray bottles that stop spraying. Some straight away and some after a while of use.I'd say the price is now getting a bit ridiculous too. It wasn't that long ago it was £5 something!Great product, but it has got a bit too expensive and the spray bottles are terrible.
