The sound has suddenly stopped working, microphone has only been in use since early January as it was a Christmas present, but time window to return has expired because it was purchased in late November. Really sucks and a complete waste of money.

The speaker was boxed nicely and nothing came broken, it was well protected in this box. The pictures show how nice the speaker is but in person the speaker is so nice.
