Also ohne diese Folie klappt natürlich auch alles, aber dieses "Zauberding" erleichtert einem definitiv das Zusammenstellen von Torten!Cremes, die nicht fondanttauglich sind, sind kein Problem mehr!Meine Torten werden mithilfe dieser Folie im Nu versiegelt, und das ohne zuviel Ganache benutzt werden muss.Zudem werden die natürlich auch schön gerade :)

Très bon produit, j'ai pu choisir exactement la hauteur que je voulais, 8 cm. Le film est bien lisse, bien rigide pour tenir les mousses et souple pour épouser les parois du moule. En plus avec 10 m de longueur y a de quoi faire, surtout que le film est réutilisable. Je recommande...
