Video is Choppy and color is unstable, not a great product
Too Much Lag !I bought this device knowing that it may not be fabulous, but expected it to be usable. How it Works:In a car you would route the HDMI or Composite Out to one of the inputs of the Car's video systemWhen using the HDMI or Composite Only, it defaults to that as the output. If you have both you have to push a button to switch between HDMI or Composite out.The Pros:* Good Construction, all metal case with small plastic buttons in the front. Sturdy antennas that can be raised on the sides.* Does Not get too warm* HDMI and Composite Video Out* The screen has useful Information like the IP Address and the Hotspot Name* The Connection from an Android device allowed me to connect to another Wifi Device because Mirroring is a P2P Function in Android (That is Not the case in iOS. you have to connect to the Hotspot to Mirror)* When connecting from an iPhone 6S the screen went full screen from some apps, like Plex and YoutubeThe Cons:* The processing power of the device is not high enough to be able to keep up and display smoothly. Its simply too choppy and very annoying, making it unreliable for video display* When connecting from my Asus Zenpad 3S it went between being able to go full screen, and displaying bars on the sides, perhaps it could be the video subsystem on the device and not the fault of the device* Very Grainy Video with composite Output, Not too great with HDMI (In fact the difference is Not too noticeable)* The Video was too saturated towards the REDs making the video hard to watch. Perhaps if you have color control on the device it would not be that bad* When Using Android, it would take multiple tries sometimes to get it to connect.* The USB Power Input is NOT filtered, and it translates to a fuzz on the screen making it very unsightly. The only way to fix this would be to supply clean power NOT from USB. Since I did not test the direct battery input I cannot say if this will be better.I Fixed this temporarily by using a power bank and connecting the USB power to that. Of course, this would NOT work if you were to have the device installed under the dashboard hidden from view. The Biggest Con is the fact that the device is too slow and video seems to choppy.Even my 13 year old gave it a thumbs down. To me this is a deal breaker, the device is going back to AmazonThis device's Hardware is Identical to https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073XZKD26/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1#Ask as it uses the same firmwareCheers

Thee Bizzle!
This little box (it's very small) which is kool being it's in the car, works VERY well! I have a Galaxy Note 8. I have a Jaguar XJ8 which I installed a video interface in a couple yrs ago, & has an Android tv box in, but got tired of using my hotspot data up, so I tried this. Powered it up via 5v cable, & used HMDI, hit Screen mirroring on my phone & it came/comes right up with NO issue. The ONLY reason I have it a 4, is because of the pic quality, which isn't totally the units fault, being my video interface is Composite. But yeah, it works. Netflix, Prime Video, basically whatever is on your phone...
