Gave it a 5 for ease of use.However do not let the picture fool you on the size, the 9L is much smaller than it looks especially in height. 9L is about 2 gallons, my last feeder was a 3 gallon which not only towers over this product it also has a much wider basin in which two large dogs can drink at the same time. I have 5 dogs medium to large and they have to take turns now. I wished they sold a 12 to 15 liter because I'll be filling more frequently which isn't a problem since the bottle isn't that heavy like my other feeder and much easier to place without spilling water everywhere. I'll continue to look for a simular product like this that holds more water. I bought this because my oldest dog cannot reach down as well due to bad legs so hoping this added basin height will help.

Very nice gravity water dish. It stores a ton of water which is great for our cats when we leave for a weekend of camping. The stainless steel bowl is a perfect addition for cleanliness and health reasons vs plastic. It has also been easy to clean. The bowl only fills about half way so spills are not common and our wild cats have not been able to knock over meaning its pretty sturdy and durable. So far very pleased.

My cats have transitioned from water fountain to water fountain and this time was no different. I like the slope that descends from the jug to the bowl. The slope helps to keep the dirty, bowl water separate from and non-invasive of the clean water coming from the jug or within the jug itself. The next gen water filter was pretty mysterious to me at first. It's too bad that the fountain couldn't have been built with a filter housing instead of requiring entirely new filtration pods.Overall, the fountain is great in how it does what it does. Unfortunately, the jug does not "feel" non-BPA, I know, I'm odd. Further, the non-BPA stamp is missing from the jug. Grrrraaaaaa, I'm back to Pyrex.

I love this! It’s easy to clean, stainless steel, and it doesn’t make a mess at all when you put the jug on the base like a lot of these kinds of water feeders. I noticed a lot of reviews saying it’s hard to clean the white round piece because it has so many little crevices, but I found recently that Amazon sells a 4 pack of those for 9.99, so they are replaceable filter systems which is super nice! Only flaw I think this system has is the hole for the jug is small and you can’t get a sponge or brush in there to really clean it. Otherwise my dogs love it and so do I!

So I’ve actually purchased the biggest one and the smallest. I can’t even express how wonderful it is to not have to refill water bowls 8 times a day. We’ve got 4 big dogs, and filled up, has lasted about 5 days!Just something to know, the little filter piece does get moldy after about a year, at which point I replaced the entire system because for $60, I’m happy to. The actual bottle my dog have flipped and rolled it all over the house as well as scratched the aluminum. It’s held up perfectly and looks brand new with punctures.

I love this water dispenser! So happy that I can also buy disposable filters for our pets water bowl. The old electric fountain we had constantly had to be cleaned because of mold and hair that would accumulate in the motor. Now I can just clean the bowl and replace the filter every few months with no issues. We bought this because it was large enough to hold water for both our cats and our large dog. I’m not having to refill it every other day. Very sturdy and is super easy to use while providing clean water easily.

Very impressed in the quality vs the price. Components are all plastic except for the metal water bowl itself. Works on a gravity feed design. Holds just over a gallon of water which sufficies for 2 large dogs, 2 cats, and 3 dachshunds. Only refill once a day. No leaks, even when removing a partially filled reservoir to clean or refill. Has a spring loaded spout that prevents water from simply running out. Even comes with a few spare caps and the little trays for the bottle to lock into.
