These straps are very comfortable, easily and quickly switched between pull and push grip. The gel padding is cleverly placed, supporting the grip and they are even useful while doing push ups and burpies, giving good grip and support.

As a guy with smaller than average hands, maintaining my grip on the pull-up bar at my gym until my back got close to failure, was the reason I bought these. Once I figured how best to wrap the grips around the bar, I've been very happy with the outcome and I'm now able to properly train my back without my grip failing first.

I have developed arthritis in my fingers so some weight exercises are quite painful. These grips ease the pain and allow me to still lift the weight I am used to. Excellent product

These did help my grip when deadlifting. However it felt a bit odd to be gripping a leather pad. I went back to gloves which I find work better.

Really impressed with these. I needed a smaller size of my old more expensive grips after weight loss but didn’t want to spend another £50. These are fab, longer strap section than my old ones and very comfortable - great for the deadlifts I use them for. Highly recommend.

More comfortable than lifting straps and so far has held up pretty well. The rubber grips are comfy on the palms. For the price, the average lifter doesn't need anything more than this.

This product is a game changer. If you are looking to lift heavy to gain muscle mass or strength, it’s a no brainer. You can load a lot more weight using these when it comes to shrugs, deadlifts, and some other pulling exercises. The best part is that you can focus on your form and not worry about the grips. I have use these for pushing exercises few times when my wrist was bothering me. It provided a nice support.As for sizing, my wrist size is 6.75 inches and I ordered extra small. It fits perfectly. It felt pretty tight at first but soon realized that’s not a bad thing. When you are lifting, it will stretch a little.The construction of this product is excellent. Though it is priced low, it is well made. I’ve used these grips for several months now and they look like they will last a long time. The curve you see on the strap for the thumb is a great design. I’ve never used other brands before but I would imagine that it would not be as comfortable. The sticky gel on the strap is , yes very sticky and works very well. I’m guessing these are the things that will go first but it looks like it will last a while. Wrist wrap is solid and gives some additional support on your wrists.In conclusion, these are very easy to use and very effective tool for lifting heavy weights. It can also be helpful for those who have some wrist and elbow injuries.
