Fairtrade sugar sticks are very good but you sent me the Tate & Lyle sugar sticks which I had not ordered. Disappointing!

Good to be able to purchase Fairtrade sugar sachets in a decent quantity. Securely packed, delivered promptly. Will be used with church tea and coffee (also Fairtrade)

Sugar is fine, packaging was awful!
The sugar sachets are perfect for what we need in our little family run cafe but unfortunately the box was very bashed and had been fixed with sellotape. This was before it left Amazon’s warehouse because their delivery label was stuck over the sellotape. Thankfully nothing had fallen out but I was surprised and disappointed at the state of packaging!

Delivered and left in the rain!
No issue with the sugar but left on the doorstep in driving rain so a percentage of the auger was wet despite being wrapped in a bag.
