Best wine dressing I've ever used.
I was introduced to this product by my physician. It’s is by far the best wound dressing I’ve ever used. I had a stubborn wound, and after applying this for a few days, the size of the wound noticeably decreased. I will buy it again to keep it on hand.

Didn’t help
It arrive promptly as promised. I really didn’t notice that it helped at all. I’m very disappointed as I take multiple injections in my stomach and this was recommended by a health professional.

Small tube of gel with 0.5% allantoin as the active ingredient
Lavior Wound Care Gel is made in the USA with globally sourced components and is cruelty-free.This is a small .5 ounce tube of gel which comes with a foil inner seal. It is a bit difficult to dispense just the amount needed without wasting it since it is a very liquidy gel.The active ingredient in this product is 0.5% allantoin which is primarily a moisturizer. The inactive ingredients are: aqua (water), glycerin, alcohol, xanthan gum, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, phenoxyethanol, inula viscosa flower/leaf/stem extract, tocopheryl acetate (vitamin e), propanediol, ethylhexylglycerin, sodium gluconate, citric acid, sodium hyaluronate, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.I got this product because the older I get, the more scrapes I seem to get on my paper thin skin. They take quite a while to heal and I usually use a triple antibiotic ointment on them at first, followed by a product that contains allantoin. Using this Lavior gel on scrapes that are starting to heal does seem to reduce the itchiness and the moisturizing effect may help to prevent scarring.Lavior Wound Care Gel does work to help moisturize healing wounds. However, this small tube may not be the most cost effective way to get the benefits of an 0.5% allantoin gel.

Effective Wound Care Gel
As someone who deals regularly with wound care issues, I'm always looking for products that will help me effectively manage them. For the most part, Lavior Wound Care Gel is such a product. However, it's worth noting that it is somewhat of a more premium product at this price point and I'm not quite seeing what makes it unique among wound care gels. That said, I am still impressed and I'm impressed with the research available to support the product. This is a U.S. made product FDA registered. It is noted as used by wound care specialists. It is Steroid & Cortisone Free, Fragrance Free, Paraben Free, Cruelty-Free and Vegan-Friendly.The tube itself is definitely small at .5 fluid ounces. It dispenses easily and care is needed as it is possible to dispense too much. It is recommended to use it by applying a thin layer 1-2 times daily or as directed by a doctor.Active ingredients include: Allantoin 0.5% Skin Protectant Inactive Ingredients: Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Alcohol, Xanthan Gum, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Phenoxyethanol, Inula Viscosa Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Propanediol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Sodium Gluconate, Citric Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate.I'm currently using this on some fairly minor wounds and I'm definitely seeing positive healing that seems to be going at a better pace than my healing usually does. The gel-like substance easily goes over a wound and I definitely see it as effective for cuts, scrapes, wounds, and relatively minor burns. I'm overall quite pleased with the product and happy to have discovered it. I will continue to use it.
