Best Filipino hot sauce!
This hot sauce is awesome! Calamansi and thai chilis give it an authentic Filipino taste, and it has a well-balanced acidity and heat. I really wish I had the words to express how much I love this masarap sauce. I hope you love it as much as I do.

The best hot sauce
I put this on everything! It pairs well with anything Asian inspired. Can’t wait to see this brand grow. The owner puts in a lot of effort to make this product perfect.

True Filipino hot sauce
Calamansi is a unique citrus fruit ubiquitous in Filipino cuisine. I find it more complex than a lemon, and I love it in a similar slightly sweetened beverage format. I finish many Filipino dishes with calamansi like you'd finish a European dish with lemon. So it was great to find this sauce born from the culture. It's a moderate hot sauce with a good citrus zing. It's best on rich dishes, like Filipino adobo, a beef stew, and anything that could use the brightness. While not as flexible as their original sauce, when it finds its niche, it'll shine.

this stuff is great
im not sure what exactly im tasting, maybe thats the added citrus but this stuff is soo good, nothing crazy hot definitely around a sriracha level of heat but with a different flavor. I love having different hot sauces for various foods as each one imparts a different flavor and this will definitely be added to my rotation. i just wish i hadnt waited so long to try it after i received it.

Tasty, but very pungent hot sauce
This is a seriously pungent hot sauce. I'd rate it around a 4/10 saltiness, 5/10 spiciness, and 9/10 acidity. It has a very strong calamansi lime/vinegar acidity, and it is quite thick. Personally I would prefer this sauce to have more fruitiness or to be a bit more thin. I find the thickness and potency to be a bit overwhelming and am not sure how best to use this. The taste is good but needs more balance. The ingredients are mostly very good, but there are a few less than desirable additives such as MSG and rice bran oil. Other than those 2 ingredients, it is very natural and high quality.Overall - it's a unique hot sauce, but thick and pungent. I'm just not sure yet how I can use this hot sauce. I may end up using it as a base or diluting it with a hint of pineapple juice or lime juice and then using it as a dipping sauce. It isn't the best calamansi-based hot sauce I have tried before.

Really interesting hot sauce, never had one quite like it
This hot sauce isn't reinventing the wheel or anything, but there's none out there that I've had that's exactly like this. It's super acidic and decently citrusy. The spice level isn't too high, but the acidity level can catch you off guard and make the hot sauce feel stronger than it really is.This might be the zestiest, zingiest hot sauce I've had. Think of a salsa you've had which was really loaded up on citrus, and this would be decently comparable. No onion or cilantro here, but the sauce is decently thick and comparable to a salsa.I really wish this was cheaper/came in a larger bottle. There isn't much, to begin with, but the flavor really makes me want to pour a ton out each time I use it. Just using a drop or two is like a tease for my tastebuds with how the citrus notes hit them. Again, it's also not a particularly spicy hot sauce, and it's quite thick too. Everything about this sauce is just begging for it to be put into a larger bottle.I absolutely recommend this hot sauce, just wish I had more to try stuff with.
