I was very dubious about ordering these window nets to begin with, as I have a very clumsy cat and the nets are secured with velcro.However! I've caught my cat and kitten on a few occasions hanging from the netting in attempts to attack flies or catch pigeons, and the netting has not pulled away from the window frame at all. I'd still advise not en cour aging your cats to hurl themselves at the window net as a simple precaution!Very straight forward to fit into place, and easy enough to trim down to size, as have been used for the windows in our apartment.The access zip for the window handle is much easier than older style nets that required pulling the net from the frame. They do feel quite hard-wearing, and lasted well so far, having been up in the windows for a month already.Added bonus is they do stop a lot of bugs being able to come in now that the weather is warming up.Highly recommend

I found the first one I bought to be so good and easy to install I bought another. Sadly I got the wrong size for the window I wanted it for but what I found great was that I could take the tape of the bigger window without leaving any residue and stick it on a smaller window and it stuck well. I love how easy it is to open and close the window using the zipper and it keeps all the insects out.

I'm 100% pleased with my purchase.Since buying this screen on 2nd May, I haven't had any flies, bugs, or other flying insects come through my window.Even on the hottest days in May, I could leave the window open at night without worrying about being bothered by insects.Previously, I installed an earlier version of the screen, which didn't have a zip opening.However, the window I have is an awning type, which interferes with the window handle's movement.The most annoying time was when we had fly problems while eating, especially in the summer.This hasn't happened so far, and I'm confident it won't happen.Although my husband installed the screen, it looks good, sturdy, and does the job as advertised.I'll definitely buy it again.

We live in a 2 story house and our cats use the windows downstairs to climb out, so to make sure they couldn’t get out on the top floor and fall or climb onto the roof while we let fresh air in (and keep bugs out) I ordered a bunch of these. They each took about 10min to install and have been doing a great job. I would recommend getting a little utility knife (the snap off kind) to trim the net edges as a scissor is a bit awkward). You’ll need to press over the top velcro layer a bit to secure it but my 5.5kg cat has leaned her full body weight on it and it hasn’t budged so I’m happy and have peace of mind!

Fit was terrible.So my window is similar to the one that's advertised the handle at the bottom and a push out window. The zipper was almost as big as the window.

The product was simple to install (even if it did require me precariously balancing on my work desk and swivel chair to reach the top corners).The Velcro is easy to adhere to the window and trim to size, the netting is also easy to cut through.I bought this so my indoor cats could have the window open without a scrunchie stopping it from opening too far (as one of my cats would shove their head through the gap and get momentarily stuck - and tear up the window seal if I closed the window to stop her doing that). It’s only been up for a few hours, but so far so good. She’s only tried to claw at it a little bit, but it’s held up pretty well. The instructions do say ‘best to keep away from pets’ which I didn’t realise until I bought it, but it seems to be doing okay.

Keeps flying things out and my cat in which is exactly what I wanted. The only thing is the Velcro doesn’t feel super strong, if I push it hard enough it starts coming off, but I think that’s because the net is between, I might try to sew or glue on the other sides like the bottom as the bottom is very secure, so I think that would fix it , also the adhesive is very strong on the Velcro itself so that isn’t an issue either. Also the zip feels good quality and I like that addition. It’s definitely good for the price and I will purchase another I just wish there were some way to make the other sides more strong, maybe if the pack came with the backing that is on the bottom so if you want you can easily sew or glue the other sides.
