Impossible to put together, the bars are meant to clip into holes on each side but do not fit. Every time I thought it has some hope it fell apart. Do not recommend whatsoever there is much sturdier ones on here for similar price.

A good design and great to be able to wheel it to where you can put the clothes away. Shame it's poorly made - I even cut my finger when moving it as one of the plastic joints was sharp. I also had to improvise to secure the bottom bars to the wheels. While small screws are supplied to hold the drying bars, nothing is supplied to secure the bottom bars that pop out whilst moving it around. A bit of 'Strong Stuff' glue did the trick.All in all a good airer but let down by poor manufacturing.

Not the most stable of dryers! Don’t put to much weight on this as it is very flimsy!

Turned up with missing parts so couldn't even put up and use

we bought this product as we thought it had a lot of space for indoor drying of clothes. The airer was complicated to assemble however we got it up in about 35 minutes. It was fine for the first load of washing but after the second load of washing, it started to tilt to the right and is now completely bent. We don't overload it, only ever put on as much as their are arms but the design is very poor, it needs some form of support in the middle to stop it leaning from one side to another. The return service is also complex, please don't waste your money, it's a lot to pay for a very poorly designed clothes airer.

Really disappointed with this item.It arrived and wasn’t easy to assemble, way more complicated than any airer I’ve ever had but thought maybe because you had to screw parts together it would be stronger. I was wrong! Once nearly assembled an hour later I realised I had a part missing so could only have half the top tier! Which has made it unbalanced and missing valuable drying space! I asked for the missing part to be told they don’t stock them! It’s on wheels but as soon as you move it it falls apart! Don’t bother wasting £25 on it!

This looked great as various hanging options and we have a family of 4 incl 2 teenagers so loads of laundry. Its flimsy and cant handle the weight of the clothes (jeans, towels etc) so we modified and only put lighter clothes but it wouldnt stay straight it leaned sideways. Eventually it just fell apart (see photo of it collapsing today only 30% full of t shirts, socks and underwear and excuse the moving boxes). Id say it was installation but my husbands super handy and even he says its too flimsy.
