I have been trying medications, supplements, sleep patches, and magnesium spray to help me get to sleep and STAY asleep. My search is over. I received my bottle yesterday and took one capsule about an hour before bed. I didn’t take any other sleep aides, including my 3 oz of bedtime coffee to counterbalance my adhd. Well, I slept. I didn’t wake up and check the time, or drink some water, or scroll on my phone, or move to the couch because I couldn’t fall back asleep. I dozed off around 10pm and wasn’t aware of time again until 7am. I woke up feeling light and refreshed for the first time in years. If I weren’t so happy, I’d probably cry from relief. I can hardly believe I finally found an effective solution to my problem; it has been so long that I’ve gone without uninterrupted sleep. The capsule is on the larger size, but it’s easy to swallow with liquid. It doesn’t seem to have a strange aftertaste. Time for me to plan out stocking my shelves with this ashwaganda complex!UPDATE 1/13/25: Unfortunately, it turns out I’m one of the very few people who is allergic to ashwaganda. I went to my doctor with a horrible body rash that looked like chicken pox. She said it was an allergic reaction. The only thing new in my diet was this supplement. Since stopping the supplement, the rash has completely disappeared. I still stand by my original rating and review.

I continue to use this product, typically every day, and I plan to keep doing so. Although it can sometimes make you drowsy, I like the specific combination of ingredients here and the way I can take it in the morning with coffee and they sort of offset each other a bit, but I can also take it at night more for it's calming effect. If one of the reasons you are taking this is for men's health, then I suggest you consider completing this regime with a strong beet root dietary supplement as well. Together they cover a lot of ground.

This is a high quality product that provides exactly what it says. I like the capsule form. My only issue is that I was able to find a comparable product in caplets from another respected company that was half the price. That alone meant that I could not rationally give a five star review.

I am closer to the age of 80 than 70 now and suddenly have developed sleep issues. Will go to bed tired, but unable to fall asleep. If I do fall asleep, I'll wake a few times in the night, which is so annoying. I am a runner/walker/exercise everyday/healthy person, BUT these new sleep issues are interfering with my healthy lifestyle. I tried to Melatonin extra strength and that works, but not supposed to take long term, so there's that. I purchased this Ashwagandha on a whim, when I was researching mood support and finally decided to give it a try after many nights with interrupted sleep. The very first night, I slept like a baby, way past my normal wake up time. Not really believing a pill could do this, I was skeptical, but took it the next night and the next night and the same results. SO wonderful waking up rested and happy and even helped with my crazy dreams, lessening those. I want to take this every single night for the rest of my life, because as we know sleep and rest is SO important for our health and well being, BUT, I will also speak with my Doctor as to whether he thinks it is safe to take long term. I can't stress enough how good it feels to go to bed, fall asleep and STAY asleep and not lay there ruminating about this and that. Now I am trying to get a family member to try it who has had sleep issues for years and will wake up at wee hours of the morning, totally unable to ever get back to sleep.

I have been taking Ashwagnda with KSM for sometime now I switched to this brand because my regular was sold out. This one contains magnesium. I have to tell you the quality of my sleep has greatly improved. I have this delivered monthly. It’s a great supplement.

I personally don’t feel a change. Maybe slightly more relaxed

I purchased this to help combat stress and I truly believe it increased my energy levels. Great value and the only side effects was a calm and ease of taking it before bed, helped me calm and sleep. Also easy to swallow
