I was asked to order this by a friend a week ago.I was planning on delivering it to him at Church.Unfortunately I had forgotten, So I ordered it Saturday night with plans of telling him I would bring it next week. I got up Sunday (the next morning) and it was at my DOOR… not 2 days, not 1 day but 1/2 dayUNBELIEVABLE 👍👍As for the product itself, I have been using it now for a while and also telling my friends how great it is, that’s what put me in this position in the first place 😊

I have tried other brands that claim to be the same, they are not. Only this one doesn't taste super salty. I can toss some in my mouth and suck on it, and it does taste like salt but not sharp or strong. Maybe because it has a large amount of potassium and other trace minerals. This is REAL electrolytes, and I thank Gary Brecka for letting everyone know about it! It's the most expensive salt I know of, but a lot less expensive than other electrolyte products I've bought.

Seems pricey for a pound of salt, yes, but here's the hook -- I'm using it for the nutritional value as recommended by Gary Brecka. By adding a 1/4t to 10 oz of water every morning right after waking, I use this salted water to gulp down other my other daily supplements. It helps ensure I receive the hydration, essential minerals, elements and daily nutrients all bodies need to function. I tolerate the taste easily, even as someone who is somewhat 'salt sensitive' food wise.I've also used it a few times to season a cut of meat -- with good results -- although I generally use another kosher salt for that purpose.

The salt in this bag is such good salt. The crystals are large but they melt on food even without cooking. I will probably never buy any other salt.
