Liked crisp resolution and speed and what it included. A little on the heavy they side BUT well worth it! Loved the expandable memory!

Cheap with plenty of flaws.
Cheap and full of flaws. Purchased new, but mine wasn't new, with a dogeared screen protector installed, in addition to the new one included. The keyboard and mouse thrown in were terrible, lightweight scrap. Scratches on the screen, so it's going back.

Amazing customer service
Tablet worked well for several months the wouldn't start up again. I contacted the manufacturer and immediately I had a list of troubleshooting things to try with directions on what to do next if it didn't work. Within 4 days I had a brand new tablet in my hands. Thanks for resolving this so quickly!
