I’ve been using the Security Camera for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed. Setup was super simple, it takes just a few minutes to update firmware and setup using the Tapo app and it was up and running.The 2K video quality is incredibly sharp, far better than my old 1080p camera. It covers a full 360 degree pan, so I don’t have to worry about blind spots. The motion tracking is very responsive, it smoothly follows people or objects across the frame, which adds a real sense of security.One of my favourite features is the full-colour night vision. Even in pitch dark, I can see who’s outside in detail, which is a game-changer compared to the usual black-and-white night feeds. The IP65 rating means I can trust it in the UK weather - rain, wind, or shine, it just keeps working.It integrates easily with Alexa and Google Assistant, so I can check the feed hands-free when I’m busy around the house. I also love the fact that there’s no monthly fee - I use a microSD card for local storage, but there’s also a cloud option if I ever want it.Overall, the security camera is great value for money. It’s smart, sturdy, and full of advanced features you’d expect from more expensive brands. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their home security without breaking the bank in the current cost of living crisis.

Having had a set of Ezviz CCTV cameras for several years I recently had to replace one and this is where my problems stated the replacement camera had to be replaced twice and at the same time dealing with Ezviz CS was an absolute nightmare. As a result, I made the decision to get rid of the offending cameras and replace them with Tapo which I had a number of smart plugs within my home.Having had the cameras in operation for less and a month all I can say is that I am glad that I made the switch to Tapo. In every respect the cameras are better than the ones which I had replaced this includes!. The camera software2. The camera features3. The Camera flexibility4. The image quality5. The camera operation i.e. one camera has a pan and tilt facility allowing the camera to track a movement (Both companied cameras had this feature) The Tapo camera has a much smother pan facility them the Ezviz.6. The customer support, Whereas with Ezviz it took several emails back and to get to a first stage of them to react to a query. Compare this to Tapo who reacted to a pre-sales query immediately within an hour of the ticket being raised which is what the customer needs.For me the move to Tapo is the best thing they I have done in regard to my CCTV security!!!!!

This has so many features and being able to pan and tilt is so much better than static cameras, the only issue I have found with all Tapo cameras is rain and fog fog is the worst for setting off false alerts if they sorted that out these would be better than my ring cameras I have a mix of 3 ring and 3 Tapo cameras, I have found Alexa doesn’t like streaming the Tapo cameras but works perfectly on the Tapo app

When I was setting up the camera I had difficulty connecting it. I eventually got in contact with Tapo who were very helpful. They advised me there was a fault with the camera and to return to Amazon. Amerzone set up the return. It was very easy I had no problems and my refund was in my account soon after.

Can't recommend Tapo cameras enough. Fantastic quality,easy to install & value for money. Never had a problem from the day I installed them.
