I have tons of digestion issues and an EXTREMELY sensitive stomach. I find these to be very gentle and a good option when I'm not needing forced results. Most products don't work for me and I have been able to get relief with these several times. These work best as a first round option for me when things are not absolutely dire yet. However, I have also taken them when things are getting dire as well. Since everybody is different, this is an option I feel like is gentle enough that it's worth trying. And that's coming from someone who has tried every option under the sun! Most products I either have no results from, or have very painful side effects from and often without intended results still.

On days when I have that extra bloat this comes in handy. I opt for 2 but 3 is also possible. I don’t receive any cramps, it’s good to get a few bowel movements out, may also help for the following days
