They work great and last a long time.
I use my cheese slicer just about every day. So much easier to get thin or thicker slices with this Kitchen tool, than trying to use a Knife.

They fit my old marble slicer
I have been looking for replacement wires that fit my 20-year-old marble cheese slicer and these fit wonderfully. Other wires I have purchased in the past didn't fit and you can't return them. These say they are for the Stainless Steel Cheese Slicer Wire for #GCS and #WMCS, but they also fit the marble cheese slicers. I noticed other reviews say they only got 4 wires when it says 8. I received 2 packages of 4 each, so I did get 8 total.

Ad said it was a Set of 8, but it is a set of 4
These wires last about year, which is fine for about a buck apiece. I spent nearly 9 dollars for what the ad said was a Set of 8. I knew the package only contained 4, so I assumed I would get two packages. However, I only received one. Amazon did provide a full refund and allowed me to keep the set of 4 I did receive, so I can't complain too much.
