This and the ear pads are both huge improvements to this headset. You need to make these for arctis stock because it's almost life changing. My ears don't hurt. It's more comfortable. The audio and anc are better. The headband actually works. I can work out with these now and actually move my head around without not only the headset falling off but twisting a hard piece of plastic into the cartilage in my ear. Amazing. I wish I would've found these a couple of years ago. It's probably the best purchase I've ever made on Amazon. Absolutely incredible find. Thank you.

Soft, seems to be high quality material. It definitely helps the headset to stay put and doesn't slide down if I tilt my head forward.It doesn't have a chemical smell but like someone sprayed a fragrance/scent into the bag the product comes in. I received a new item so I just let it air out but totally not necessary if they added the scent.

My second SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7 and it's equally as stellar as my first. Long range Bluetooth is something I've really come to appreciate so I'm not as tethered to my system.

Really good, love the color and quality ! Only issue I've had is when you try to adjust the band the plugs dont stay in the top holes well.

Very easy installation not sure why some reviews claim otherwise. The band is plenty long actually longer than the stock band. Not sure if WC has made a change in their designs but the band installs very easily due to its length and you don’t even need to stretch it at all. Only thing is the holes on it are tighter than the stock ones which is actually a good thing but just pinch around the holes with your fingertips or nails and they go in fairly easily took me less than 2-3mins to install them.The band itself is smoother than the stock ones and it’s made out of soft silicone which won’t slide off of your head like the stock ones tend to do and it also feels much cooler and look better as well. The silicone material they used is of high quality and it doesn’t seem like it would ever wear out. Overall my money was well spent!

Very easy to install. The cushions have a great thickness and can be worn for hours. No notice in sound quality that I can note, but that wouldn’t deter me in the least. I would definitely buy again.

As part of the installation video, the new headphone design has smaller holes in order to make it super secure and not pop out. This is all great and all but it's extremely difficult to install. I tried to push it with my fingers as well as to try a blunt object. The only thing that worked for me was to stretch the holes out a little bit more by poking a pen into them wide enough so I could then use my fingers to apply pressure again. This is terrible design marketed as a positive. It's marked as being a matter of applying pressure and eventually it will fit, but this was extremely not really doable - my hands are in pain currently so I can't imagine how older people or people with arthritis would remotely be able to use this product. Using my pen trick worked eventually but unfortunately it teared the silicon partly near one of the holes further making me altogether frustrated. I don't see how I could have installed it without using a pen to stretch the holes and even doing so ended up damaging the product so it's a Lose Lose situation that I can't even return.
