It looks and works as described. It's a little small but gets the job done. My only complaint is how hot it makes the room when using.

Had been using an Easy Press and bought this. Takes a while to heat up but does a nice job. It took over 100 pressure revolutions to put plush toys in it. Used Hiipoo sublimation ink and ET-3830 to achieve the picture. 400 degrees for 25 seconds.

Awesome press, my first. Heats up fast, easy to operate and does a great job pressing my dye sub images onto shirt. Good feature on the swing top to get the press out of the wash while you pull out the bottom portion to load your shirt. A good buy at a good price.

*Updated* I was able to chat with customer service and it led to getting a new box. Which turned out to be a great choice. It definitely keeps heat and presses better without ruining my materials. Still getting use to the 360° swivel top but that's a personal preference. It gets the job done. I definitely feel now that I got what I paid for. I like the idea that it was a 5 n 1 but that did not work out in my favor. While it does somewhat work it does not work at its best at all. It's definitely not a good choice if you plan on using to sell products. The shirt press is wobbly where the handle is no straight pull down as it spins wild like. The machine ticks like crazy. It loses temperature when pressing the shirts as well. The mug attachment is worse. It loses temperature when pressing. The part where mug is held is flimsy and it ticks like crazy too. I have not tried the other attachments. I would not buy again. Maybe I just got the defect one.

I’m just getting started on HTV so I am learning as I go. This machine has worked great so far but as many people state here, I thought the timer didnt work. One review said you have to press the down arrow once you lock it so it starts and yes! That was my only complain but that’s fixed. I think my only suggestion would be to make the instructions clearer and more detailed because it doesn’t really say anything about that. It comes fully assembled and ready for tshirts and with tons of additional attachments you can switch on.

Got this to replace a smaller heat press I had. The control box for this one has some issues. The timer doesn’t save the set time so I have to set the timer everytime I power it up although it saves the set temperature. A few times, I power it up and the temperature indicates it’s at the set temperature already so it doesn’t heat up at all. I have to flip it on and off a few times before it finally jumps to the actual temperature and begin heating. F and C setting keeps jumping back and forth without warning. On a couple of occasions, the temperature reading blanks out. Not sure what’s going on, but pretty sure it’s a defective control box. I saved a few bucks getting it on sale but seems I might have to spend the saved money on a new control box…May update: The pressure isn’t very even although the spring system is supposed to address that. Mine tends to have more pressure toward the back. I can tell because the springs toward the back are tight when the handle is pushed down, but the springs toward the front are still loose. I think the heating element is going bad already. This unit didn’t last very long….

Edited Review: It was me! User error! After locating the direction manual, I realized one of the pieces was not screwed in correctly. After correcting this, my cuos came out so good and the temperature stayed hot! Definitely recommendNot sure if it's me or the machine, but the mug press will not stay heated, resulting in a poor transfer. I'm using top notch sublimation paper and ink, yet when I press according to guidelines, the transfer is horrible and faded.
