I have been taking this for quite some time. It definitely helps with sleep. I think it also makes me have less brain fog when I wake up but that might be a side product of better sleep. Its definitely better for the cognitive function. Everything else is harder to detect. It is worth the money for me.EDIT* I also get leg cramps when I forget to take mine at night - definite sign of magnesium deficiency. It does the job with no side effects.

Satisfied with product as presented. But how do I know whether magnesium is work? Trust. Yes, I trust Peak Performance; although, I received recall notice for Zinc and did not get reply from claim submitted by email as instructed. Peak Performance is supplied by third-party manufactures, so they are simply a distribution company who markets.

I had a very difficult time falling asleep at night until I started taking this magnesium. I like to take it about a 1/2 hour or so before going to bed; it gives it time to kick in. This magnesium helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. I definitely recommend it. I am not paid for my review.

I have no doubt that this product is excellent quality, but the dosing recommendation is kind of crazy. The label recommendation is 1g per night, which is 15 capsules, and that is is the BEGINNING dosage that may go up to 4g! That is neither physically nor financially feasible for most people.
