If the benefits are as good as the taste is bad I'm going to be very healthy.

Didn't work for me, but worth a try.
It tastes earthy and not horrible. I have it every day in my morning coffee. Am I energised and full of beans? Well after a few weeks I can safely say that it hasn't made any difference, but maybe that's just me. I will try another brand next time to see if that works, otherwise it's not really worth it for me. Must admit to being disappointed.

This is the worst shilajit I have ever tasted and seen , strong heavy metal taste and odour very unpleasant it is definately not pure full of heavy metals and additives , DISGUSTING . False advertisement!!!
