Relaxing
This is no joke. I sat in front of the tv for 2 hours and it was so Relaxing. You can do to much. Can cause liver damage. Couple times a week. Lots of water. It works. If you stress, this is for you. DONT do it every day.

Probably not a good idea to drink it at all
I cant find anything on this company online, and no one from kava communities have ever mentioned it. Apparently from what im reading, kava extracts are dangerous if not done by a trusted source.

Liver function.
Be carful with using this. It can shut your liver down; especially if your consuming alcohol the same time. Do your research.

Just kind of ok
To be completely honest I didn’t feel any difference in mood, my back and knee still bothered me a lot - the only thing not disappointing was the taste which is actually pretty good lol I wouldn’t recommend this if u are looking for any kind of noticeable difference as far as pain/mood/relaxation
