Q: Whats the length of the included ribbon cable?

The length of the ribbon cable included in this connector kit if 5 feet long.

Q: What is the gauge range of wires that can be used with this kit? can i use 18-22 awg wire or just 28 awg?

We recommend using 28 awg wires, however we think that 18-22 awg wires might also work fine.

Q: Which crimper can i use? engineer pa-09 or pa-20?

I use the IWS-2820, but as long as you have a .1 slot it’ll work

Q: Could it handle 18 awg wire?

Not correctly. If you strip all the insulation so the strain relieving part(first crimp) is crimped on the wire only it’ll fit in the metal parts. That would make it not fit inside the black connector right, but you could strip enough to make it work with your wires exposed :/ it does come with some .1 rainbow wire though
