Great value
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️**High-Quality, Flavorful, and Perfect for Sushi!**I’ve tried several brands of sushi nori, and **CHOI's Daechun Roasted Seaweed** stands out as one of the best! The sheets are large, fresh, and have a perfect crisp texture right out of the package. They’re gold grade, which means they have a superior flavor profile—rich, savory, and not too overpowering.I’ve used them for sushi rolls, hand rolls, and even as a snack with rice, and they’ve held up beautifully every time. The seaweed is vegan and free of any added artificial flavors or preservatives, which is a big plus for me.The pack comes with 50 full sheets, making it a great value. The packaging keeps the nori fresh, and it’s easy to store. Definitely my go-to for sushi nights!

Works well and tastes good
Got these since I can't find the larger resealable packs where I live. The flavor is good, and works well for sushi and musubi's.

Good value!!!
It is exactly what it says, perfect for sushi. Brittle must be soaked prior to using or in a recipe that calls for seaweed flakes. Good product. Fishier flavor than others.

Great price, great quality
I purchased this because it was way cheaper per sheet than anything I could find in a local grocery or Asian food store. I have not been disappointed. I'm not Asian, and I've never visited any Asian countries to know what traditional nori should taste like. I'm just a guy who likes sushi a lot and wanted to try making my own.I've had some nori that didn't stick to itself even when wet. Fortunately, this does not have that problem. This nori works well for sushi rolls, and I've also used it to make Spam musubi and it worked great for that too. The sheets are scored with lines across them, which makes it easy to break or cut into strips. I usually cut each sheet in half when I'm making sushi rolls, but you can also use a whole sheet if you want to make a really big roll with a lot of filling.50 sheets is a lot. Usually when I make sushi rolls, I'll use 3-4 sheets. So this has lasted me a long time. I like the resealable bag, so when I'm done I can just zip it up and toss it back on the pantry shelf. It tastes great too. I'll definitely buy this brand again whenever I use up the whole bag.

Very nice
The flavor is slightly nutty. This one is a bit harder to reseal than others.

Sufficient
These are not bad by any means, but they don’t bring any flavor to what you’re making. Compared to higher end, organic seaweed there is a noticeable difference.I received these May 12 and the expiration is for June 08. I make onigiri 5 times a week and still won’t be able to get through them in time before the expiration date.Bottom line: Does the job and decent value if you’re willing to use a LOT of seaweed sheets in a short amount of time. Otherwise, look at other options. Sending a dried product that expires in less than a month is pretty ridiculous when similar products should have closer to half a year of shelf life.I don’t regret buying them, but probably won’t purchase again.
