I like that this contains a lot of supplements that I take regularly. Resveratrol has 600mg per serving, Berberine has 300mg, and a little bit of several other helpful ingredients. When I opened the bottle, it was well sealed. I did notice a little whiff of what I assumed was turmeric. The bottle was also less than half full but the 60 capsules seemed to be completely full. I noticed that the three bottles I received had an expiration date of 04/2026 for a three-month supply. The capsules were easy to swallow and I had no aftertaste or adverse effects.I like that it is made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. It is also GMP-certified and GMO-free. The website shows that it is third-party tested. This seems to be a quality product. I would recommend this if you need or want the 13 ingredients it contains because of the value of not having to buy many additional supplements. If, however, you don't need some of the ingredients or they may conflict with medications, you may want to look for more individualized supplements.

I usually have problems swallowing capsules, but these are not huge and go down okay.I've been taking these for over a month, which is perhaps too short a time to determine if they are providing any benefit. I'll do more research on the ingredients, their side effects, and interactions before starting these pills. Initial research shows no likely issues for me, but I always research heavily before trying new ingredients.The manufacturing is done in the USA and may include globally sourced ingredients.The bottles came with standard over the lid outer plastic security seals and under the lid seals.There is no off-putting smell to the pills and no excessive dust in the bottle thst I opened (see photos).The ingredient list and quantities looks good.I'll not comment on efficacy on supplements because that is purely subjective and anecdotal evidence is generally considered the weakest form of scientific evidence.Overall, 5 stars from based on USA manufacturer, the list of ingredients and the price.

The capsules are evenly sized and filled the same amount consistently, and have no odor. The labeling is clear and has all the information needed to make an informed decision, such as supplements facts, serving size, Ingredients and their amont per serving, other ingredieents, and suggested usage. I'm very happy with the performance of this supplement, the price is good for a total of 180 capsules, and the good quality. Five stars for an all in one supplement.
