This filing cabinet was easy to put together - about 45 minutes. I'm very happy with the quality - I thought it might be a bit flimsy so was surprised that it's sturdy. The drawers slide in and out easily. Not sure what else to say about a filing cabinet.

This is a nice file cabinet. Of course it isn't going to be a thicker metal bc it was a more affordable price (just remember price always is the clue). But it's a really nice file cabinet honestly. I just didn't want to spend $600 + for a home office file cabinet. I would recommend bc it is still sturdy and was exactly what I was looking for. Hope the pics do it justice. Hubby said no problems with building it at all. Weight was ideal as I helped carry it to the office.

I made the mistake to think that this item comes fully ready to use. Big mistake!! Read the not so clear description. It took me 1/2 hr just to unpack the box and decipher how to ensemble this thing. If you love puzzles and like to spend half a day putting this together, go for it! . For super busy people looking for a good product that has locks in all the drawers, get ready to have someone to help you put this thing together. This is not cheap and it should come ready to use. Is heavy too. Unfortunately I did not see that the item had a crushed corner. I had to use tools to fix it so I can assemble this thing. It was a mess and it does not worth the price. I should have ask for a return or refund but it is too heavy and to late to do something about it

I didn't realize it required assembly and was shocked when it arrived. The directions were about as clear as mud and the assembly took seemingly forever. I still have 4 large metal "brackets?" that were not shown on the parts list or mentioned in the "instructions"! NO IDEI missed the part about "assembly required and the directions were as clear as mud! On and off, I spent two DAYS assembling the unit. I still have 4 large metal brackets that were not shown on the parts list and I have absolutely NO IDEA what they are or where they would go?I would have been better off at Walmart where my wife purchased hers--assembled, less expensive, and sturdier. Had to put 2 drawer pulls on the pull out drawers and DONE!
